Silotone; New Approach In Animal Feed Industry

Providing fodder with good nutritional value has always been one of the main concerns of livestock farmers. Ensiling is one of the best ways to maintain and improve the nutritional value of fodder, including fodder corn, alfalfa(lucern), and clover. Silage making is a complex process that if its process are not done correctly, fermented silage with high quality will not be obtained.

Three products Siloten GC3, Siloten LB1, and Silon LP2 are Nanotix company sillage addettives which according to the unique formulation, high quality of the strains, and bacterial content of the product, can manage the ensiling process in all stages of silage making and produce a uniform, high quality product with the highest food value.

SILOTONE GC3

This product is designed to enhanced silage quality in standard range of dry matter.

-Composition:

Lactobacillus casei

Lactobacillus plantarum

Lactobacillus lactis

Lactobacillus buchneri

-Recommended dose:

One sac het to treat 50 ton

-Effects:

  • L. casei can readily colonize and dominate in silage and lead to a higher fermentation quality over the ensiling time.
  • Lactobacillus plantarum quickly lowers the pH level by producing lactic acid in the beginning of the fermentation cycle.
  • L.lactis improves silage quality and prevent spoilage via increased production of lactic acid  and bacteriocins.
  • enhances fiber digestibility and helps retain dry matter and nutrient quality in your forage
  • Lactobacillus buchneri releases acetic acid that inhibits any yeasts and molds, which reduces the risk of reheating and the shrinkage that often occur during feed out
  • Lactobacillus buchneri is known for its active clostridia inhibition to reduce the risk of butyric acid fermentation, thereby improving protein quality

-Directions:

Stir thoroughly the silage inoculant to proper amount of water for its applicator. Apply homogeneously the solution to 50 tons of silage duration the harvest or silage.

-Total active substance:

> cfu/sachet

Dry matter range of crops

Grass haylage: 25-35% DM

Clover grass haylage: 25-35% DM

Alfalfa haylage: 25-35% DM

Corn & sorghum silage: 25-35% DM

SILOTONE  LB1

This product is specially designed by our researchers for corn and sorghum silage.

-Composition:

Lactobacillus plantarum

Lactobacillus salivarius

Lactobacillus faecium

Pediococcus acidilactici

Cellulase

Hemicellulase

Amylase

-Recommended dose:

One sac het to treat 50 ton

Effects:

  • The combination of lactic acid strains in this product are very capable in lowering pH, this strain prevents the growth of silage contaminating microorganisms by producing bacteriocin and antibacterial compounds
  • The three enzymes in this product help to  improve the growth of  strains and improve silage fermentation by releasing the sugars needed by  lactic acid strains.

-Directions:

Stir thoroughly the silage inoculant to proper amount of water for its applicator. Apply homogeneously the solution to 50 tons of silage duration the harvest or silage.

-Total active substance:

> cfu/sachet

Dry matter range of crops

Corn Silage: 28-45% DM

Sorghum Silage: 28-45% DM

Sorghum Sudan Grass Silage: 28-45% DM

SILOTONE  LP2

Siloton for dual protection against clostridia growth and silage reheating

-Composition:

Lactobacillus buchneri

Lactobacillus plantarum

Lactococcus lactis

-Recommended dose: One sac het to treat 50 ton

-Effects:

  • Lactobacillus plantarum quickly lowers the pH level by producing lactic acid in the front-end fermentation cycle
